Industrial Development Agency

Purpose:                      The purpose of the Agency is to promote, develop, encourage and assist in the acquiring, construction, reconstruction, improving, maintaining, equipping and furnishing of industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, commercial research and recreational facilities, railroad facilities, industrial pollution and horseracing facilities.  The goal of the board is to advance job opportunities, health, general prosperity, and economic welfare of the people of NYS.
