Seneca Trail Resource Conservation & Development Board

Purpose:                      To develop and carry out a Resource Conservation and Development Program in an effort to improve living and economic conditions; to coordinate and assist in carrying out the local and regional development plans of other organizations; to secure the technical, financial, educational, and other services required to develop and apply a project program; to use local resources to the utmost in preference to aid from governmental sources.
