Sports Fishery Advisory Board

Purpose:                      The Board shall assist and advise the County and local governments on how to plan for increased access to the shoreline and advise them of the need for related facilities and services such as marinas and boat launching areas; provide information on fishing to the general public; work with the NYS of Environmental Conservation in their efforts to protect and develop fishery resources; promote fishery tourism; provide a public for sportsmen, businessmen and governmental officials to address issues related to fishing.
