Traffic Safety Board

Purpose:                      The board has the duty to encourage street and highway safety, to formulate county-wide traffic safety programs and coordinate efforts to interested parties and agencies in traffic safety education; to cooperate with local officials in the formulation and execution of safety programs; to study traffic conditions on streets and highways within the County; to study accident reports and recommend changes in rules, regulations and existing laws.
