Disabilities Program
Ongoing case management services, referrals, and
follow-up contacts to older adults who have physical, mental, or
emotional disabilities. Senior Citizens who have adult children

Sites
Noon meals are served at many
sites. Senior citizens may enjoy a nutritious meal, fellowship,
recreation and educational opportunities. Reservations one day in
advance are required and a donation is requests; however, no one
is denied a meal due to inability to contribute. Get a listing of

Elder
Abuse Prevention Program
This program offers assistance
to seniors who are at risk for, or are victims of abuse or neglect.
It provides eduction, training, and presentations to raise awareness
of elder abuse and neglect. A trained caseworker will assess situations
and assist in obtaining appropriate assistance. Works in conjunction
with Protective Services and the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department
Senior Services Investigator. For more information about Elder Abuse

Department of Social Services will investigate reports of abuse
