Senior Supplement Articles Each month, the Office for the Aging has articles in both the Dunkirk Observer and the Jamestown Post-Journal. These articles are directed particularly to seniors and those that are involved with seniors. The Sr. Scene, published in the Dunkirk Observer, is printed the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
