CARTS - (Chautauqua Area Regional Transit System)
As available, CARTS can provide transportation to personal appointments and some area shopping. Information on routes, rates, schedules, and handicap accessibility can be obtained by calling:

VETERANS' Van Service
The Veterans Service Agency has transportation available to Erie and Buffalo. If you need rides to VA appointments should call the numbers below as follows:

From Jamestown/Clymer- 661-8255
From Dunkirk/Fredonia - 363-8255
From Mayville/Sherman - 753-8255


ROSWELL HOSPITAL
The American Cancer Society provides medical transportation to Roswell Park Hospital in Buffalo on a limited basis.

OFFICE FOR THE AGING can assist you in accessing transportation for your medical needs.

Patients with Medicaid Health Insurance must call:

All SSI Medical Evaluation patients need to call:

Seniors age 60 and over and fully ambulatory should call:
