As the most experienced area facility, we offer comprehensive medical and rehabilitative care for older adults, at competitive costs. We have a homey, neighborly feeling, since most of our residents are also Chautauqua County people. Residents keep in touch with their community by attending sports events, concerts, going fishing with friends, and meeting with the many community volunteers who visit us. Your family member at the Chautauqua County Home will remain active in the community. We also honor the spiritual life of our residents. In our setting, all religious observations are welcome. Residents are admitted and cared for regardless of race, creed, color, age, national origin, sex, disability, blindness, marital status, sexual orientation, religion, sponsorship or source of payment.

A tradition of Caring Since 1832:
The Chautauqua County Home is a 216-bed skilled nursing facility, fully licensed by the State of New York Department of Health, and is certified by Medicare and Medicaid. We offer 24-hour professional nursing care to all residents. Residents and their families don't have to arrange for time-consuming, off-site visits for most medical services. Medical care includes our resident physician and dentist, and in-house lab, X-ray, podiatrist and optometrist. The Chautauqua County Home is rated as "the cleanest in the county." This is a very important factor when you select a facility for a family member
