We want to help you help your child by providing
complete health coverage at little or no cost to you.
You can choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) for your child, who will coordinate all care.
You can join Child Health Plus if:

Your Child is under age 19
-
Your child has limited or no health insurance and is not eligible for Medicaid
-
You and your child are New York State residents and live in one of the following counties: Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans or Wyoming.
