Adult Day Care - Social day program offering respite for caregivers and socialization for the client. There are six centers serving Chautauqua County residents.

LIFELINE is an easy-to-use personal response service that ensures that older adults living at home get quick assistance whenever it is needed - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Caregiver & Respite Care - Office for the Aging provides care to an elderly person and those with medical disabilities to give the caregiver time to do something other than caregiving.

Home Repair Program - CHRIC is assistance for home adaptations for senior citizens adn those with disabilities.

Long Term Home Care Program (LTHHCP) is for persons eligible for nursing home level of care but want an alternative to placement. This program offers nursing home services to clients in their homes.
