Chautauqua County Landfill
COMMERCIAL RATES AND INFORMATION
Chautauqua County operates a double composite lined landfill located in Ellery, New York. The Landfill is open for Commercial Haulers from 7:30 am - 4 pm, Monday thru Friday.
The landfill principally handles waste generated in Chautauqua County. Out-of-County waste may be disposed of at the landfill by entering into a written agreement prior to disposal. Please contact TJ Pierce, at the landfill, 3-4 weeks prior to disposing of out-of-County waste in order to process a contract.
Industrial/special wastes must be permitted prior to disposal. Please contact TJ Pierce, at (716)985-4785 ext. 203, for further information.
Terms are cash or company check at time of disposal. If you wish to set up a credit account, please contact the Landfill.
