How to get services:
Call the clinics during normal working hours. You will be given an intake. During the intake, we will talk with you about the mental health problems you are having and their urgency or severity, and the services you would like. We will also talk with you about your financial responsibility for services.

Fees:
Financial information is discussed during the initial phone contact. Intake and clerical staff will review available coverage, will facilitate verification of insurance coverage and provide pre-certification assistance. Insurance plans and Medicaid are readily accepted for payment of services. Fees are arranged according to ability to pay. A pre-determined fee scale is used in determining your fee in conjunction with income verification materials. No person will be refused services on the basis of income.

The clinics are closed for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Election Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

Clinical staff:
Our clinical staff consists of individuals from a variety of mental health disciplines including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, clinical social workers, nurses and paraprofessionals.

All services are confidential. Confidentiality and privacy are assured, with no information being released without your written permission.
The clinic follows state and federal rules and regulations governing the confidentiality of client identifying information and client records.
