Electronic Home Monitoring Through the use of Electronic Home Monitoring equipment the Courts can restrict the movement of probation clients. EHM is used as an alternative to jail for adults and as an alternative to detention for juveniles. Electronic Home Monitoring may be imposed as a condition of probation or as a condition of pre-trial release. |
