Pre-Sentence Investigations

Pre-sentence investigations are completed for every Court in the County including the Town and Village Justice Courts. These investigations are thorough background investigations into defendant's employment, social, family and criminal histories. The Courts use pre-sentence investigations as the basis of their dispositions.
