Release Under Supervision

Pre-Trial defendants may be eligible for Release Under Supervision (RUS) as an option to posting bail. This allows them to remain in the community while their case is pending. Probation staff screen pre-trial defendants to determine their appropriateness for Release on Recognizance (ROR), Release Under Supervision (RUS), or reduced bail.
