Crime Victims

With the support of the New York State Crime Victims Board the Office of Probation offers services to victims. The Probation Victim Assistance Program can provide support and guidance to victims during the court process and after dispositions of the case. The Victims Assistance Officer will advocate on behalf of the crime victim and explain their rights as victims.
